Hi,

We're regularly seeing requests from customers from Middle East and Israel for BC, but where the right-to-left interface is a mandatory requirement. In the past partners have managed to provide this for NAV as part of the localizations but my understanding is that they're not able to do that for BC SaaS.

This risks that on-prem NAV customers won't upgrade to the cloud and new customers will not even look at BC SaaS as an option. We've lost several opportunities in arab countries due to this, and we're currently working on two opportunities from Israel where the customers won't consider anything that doesn't handle right-to-left interface.

With this enabled, partners can then take care of the actual language translation.

Arabic in MSD365BC is very important. I am surprised why Microsoft has not included Arabic in the standard available languages in BC.I agree with Martin that the existing Dynamics NAV customers which uses a third-party ALP are hesitant to upgrade to BC with the same ALP. Very true - With this enabled, partners can then take care of the actual language translation.Thanks.
