We have a custom entity that is not an activity, but it triggers workflows that create appointments and other activities.
I'd like for users to enter a start date/time and a duration, and then use a calculated field to calculate the end time.
Duration fields are minutes. Calculated fields can use ADDDAYS, ADDWEEKS, ADDMONTHS, but there is no ADDMINUTES, and therefore, I can't use Duration to calculate the end time.

Please add this function!
