Hello,

Currently, if you create a new Marketing E-Mail, you can create an E-Mail based on a template.

As a larger company, we have multiple templates that we use for different purposes, so each of the users are saving different templates as favorites, for easy access.

Unfortunately, this information (favorites selection) is stored locally in the browser via cookies.

This is unfortunate, because some people are switching between different browsers and different PC's, which results in those favourites being deleted.

Also, some people are using the Microsoft Edge Browser feature "Delete cookies upon exit", which also results on those favourites being deleted after every session.

Therefore, please store the favourite E-Mails within the account and not locally in the browser.
