In the 2020 Wave 1 update we introduced the ability to over receive a quantity higher than that of the quantity on the purchase order line.
This scenario is also necessary on the sales side. My clients in the food industry often have scenarios where their customers would order 100kgs, but 100.5kgs would be picked from the warehouse. The ability to over pick would dramatically simplify this case.
Over-receipt functionality uses tolerance percentages to control whether a certain tolerance is allowed and this would also be necessary on the sales side to control the amount over picked as this would have an sales invoice amount implication.

This would also be a huge improvement in Production when picking is required - many customers in food and processing environments struggle with picks when quality or weight can be a factor as they can only pick the amount specified on the component line / pick document
