I cannot to add fields on InventTransferTable in D365 Developer Extensions
with the error like existing fields.

including at once below..

InventLocationIdTo
InventLocationIdTransit
ReceiveDate
ShipDate
ToAddressName
ToPostalAddress
TransferId
TransferStatus
dataAreaId

Please consider to fix it.
