The functionality design needs to improve in the following area



1. We must be able to process multiple allocations rules in a batch. We cannot expect clients to process 1,000s of allocation rules manually and keep a track of these rules.
2. The source offset financial dimension must have options like source or user specified at each dimension level bot just at the header level. It cannot be hard coded source or user specified for all. It must be flexible.
3. Allocation journals created must have some reference to the rule. As of now, we're shooting in dark to find out the relation between the entries created and the rule.
