Today when I trigger a communication I need to have a 100% validated base that there is no duplicate contact that will receive 2 or more communications.

in traditional messaging tools (sales force, mailchimp, oracle) there is a de-duplication of contacts before sending. which ensures that the customer does not receive duplicate communications in the same journey and eventually block us for spam.

It would be amazing if dynamics had this intelligence as a marketing setup and that more companies could use it without having perfect databases.

for example: when I have more than one contact with the same email or phone. when triggering an automatic message I receive more than one communication at the same time
