Given the highly sensitive nature of Banking information, the Positive Pay File Summary being open to ALL Legal Entities means all companies can see all bank files in Positive Pay.
I have created a filter and saved as Personal Views for each Legal entity and asked the employees to set to the new filter and make the Default. But, they can still change to the Standard View if they want to see other Legal entities bank positive pay files.
If I could block them from changing back to the Standard View that would give my client assurance the Bank information is kept to the appropriate people. Standard View is not something I can remove, but I would like to be able to lock certain people out of it.
