Hi, I would like to suggest an improvement to the Org Hierarchy designer to address the following issues:
Search There is no search for elements in a hierarchy to find place for editing. This can be problematic in large hierarchies: A simple search by unit numbers or name to find a node would be great.
Advanced search / fault finding: Not easy to see if there are issues for example: business unit not attached. can't see if elements are parented correctly. can't show if the hierarchy is ragged. - need to be able to see more than 1 branch at a time - the hierarchy viewer hides other branches when browsing a branch.
Ordering of elements - there is no simple control over ordering of the elements to ensure that it remains consistent in reporting tools / entity store.

If the org hierarchy had a simpler tree type control it would be possible to browse the hierarchy, expand / collapse elements, insert, delete and re-order elements in the structure. Also it would be possible to see more of the hierarchy in the control and not be limited by the hierarchyviewer control.
