Here's the deal: when I hit "Open in a new window" in the Customers module and then switch to another module, the new tab I just opened decides to close itself. It's a bit annoying because it messes with the flow, and I end up having to reopen the info in a new tab.

My suggestion is to consider the possibility of keeping the tab open when selecting the "Open in a new window" option, even when switching between modules.
