I noticed that if I copy and paste a case number from an email into the application search bar I get a string that is actually the case number plus a single space behind it and this causes the search to return no results (and took a little while to figure out). I double-checked that I was not actually copying a blank space after the case number so it seems this extra space is being added as part of the paste in Dynamics. This occurs for any text that I paste into the search bar. Either that extra space needs to stop being added or Dynamics should not include any trailing spaces in what it is actually searching (my preferred option).
