Currently, in Sales Accelerator, when a seller reaches their lead capacity, changing the status of a lead from "NEW" to another status does not automatically free up capacity for new assignments. This results in leads remaining in the "wait for assignment" queue even when sellers have moved past their current leads.

We propose an enhancement to the auto lead assignment flow:

• When a seller with no available capacity changes the status of a lead from "NEW" to any other status, the system should automatically free up one unit of capacity.
• If there are unassigned leads in the queue, the system should immediately assign the next eligible lead to that seller.

This dynamic reassignment will improve lead distribution efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and ensure sellers are continuously engaged with new opportunities.
