Some users have a systematic Microsoft triggered experience survey prompt for EACH lead qualification.
According to the support enginner team, this trigger is not configurable or suppressible through any out‑of‑the‑box setting available to customers or to the Microsoft Support team. "The difference in behavior you observed between users (including your own account) is not something we can intentionally replicate or apply to other users, as it is not exposed as a supported configuration or feature toggle."
I hope you will get the irony also : this "customer experience" survey at each transaction renders the customer experience all the more worse, for every single lead qualfication transaction...... I would love to see your team bring this up and justify this "feature" to your leadership team !
