When using filters for lookup values in a View, also inactive data records are displayed.

For any View, when the filter functionality is used on lookup values, the system has the following behavior:

When typing the data records name (e.g. Owner/User), active and inactive data records are suggested.

This is very confusing for a User, when there are also inactive duplicates and now both records are displayed.

We have no use case where we need to select inactive records in our Views and want to get rid of this.
