Hi all,

The situation is as follows:

1. Product development team has an engineering company that create and mantain the product

2. Products are created using ECOs

3. Occasionally, during the processing of ECOs, errors are identified.

4. However, when attempting to delete these newly created products, we always encounter the same error message:

"Items cannot be deleted while dependent Impacted Products exist. Delete dependent Impacted Products and try again."

According to MS, this is an expected behaviour:

Details for issue 674879 (dynamics.com)

But, in my opinion, we should be able to delete or even rollback an ECO if the product hasn't had any transactions yet. The current behavior seems a bit strange to me.
