When a user uses the "Suggest Vendor Payment" functionality and wants to use Vendor Priority, the user must set an "Available Amount($)" to use the Vendor Priority logic. The vendor priority logic fails to run if the user leave the "Available Amount($)" field blank.

We suggest a modification to make the "Available Amount($)" field required when the "Use Vendor Priority" is toggled-on in the "Suggest Vendor Payment" window.
