Enable possibility to publish multible forms on a single webpage with java error

If you add more then one form to day on a single webpage you get a javascript error. Would be great to have this fixed.

F.e. "Contact form" plus newsletter registration.

I fully support this idea.
There are actually more issues when you embed multiple marketing forms on the same webpage.
- moving through the fields using 'Tab' key highlights both forms if the same form field is used on both forms.
- OOTB Captcha can be used only on one form on a webpage.
