Format of email changes for emails containing HTML format which are sent from CRM online to any other mailbox like Gmail, Hotmail for the CRM online. Most of customer are using direct email using HTML template, this template is not visible for Gmail users and yahoo users. Which is impacting their business. The product should be updated and email template should start supporting HTML template.

Thanks for your feedback, we are not actively investing in CRM Marketing for any enhancements. Would recommend to try out Dynamics Marketing which has much more sophisticated email marketing support. Public trials are available to try out, and it integrates seamlessly with Dynamics CRM.
