The Shopify connector synchronizes refunds/returns and supports the creation of credit memos, which is great. However, the location on the Shopify return is ignored by the connector and the Return Location set on the Business Central Shopify Shop card is used. Credit memos must be reviewed to manually update the locations before posting, creating additional work for users, a risk for errors and a less than seamless process.
Shopify and Business Central are multi-locations solutions, the location data is in the source, and there's a location mapping in the connector. Improvement: Use the location from the Shopify when synching refunds/returns and remove the Return Location from the Business Central Shopify Shop card. (Or make it an option to use the Shopify location or a designated default location.)
