Every tap page on the forms Sales Order / Sales Quotation / Return Order in D365 F&O can be either collapsed or expanded to show more or less information. There is the possibility to add fields to the Fast Tab Summary that some information can also be shown when the tap page is collapsed. This information can be e.g. a customer account where it's showing the customer number and a link to go to the customer form. When this link is clicked and customer form is opened and then the user goes back, then the tab page in SO/SQ/RO does not remember the last setting and will be expanded now.

This need to be changed, that tab pages always remember last user setting, that system behavior is consistent.
