Description:

In the Intrastat reporting module, the Quantity of additional units field relies on unit conversions defined under Organization administration > Setup > Units > Unit conversions. When generating the Intrastat report, the system validates whether each product involved in a goods movement has a corresponding unit conversion defined.

Currently, if a product is missing the required unit conversion, the report fails with an error such as:

“Transfer Delivery note XXXX item YYYY conversion between CASE and L does not exist for Product ZZZZ.”

However, the system only reports the first missing conversion it encounters. When many items lack the required conversion, users must correct them one by one—running the report repeatedly and resolving each new error individually. This results in significant manual effort and inefficiency, especially for customers with large product catalogs and transactions.

Requested Enhancement:

There would be a great need for the Intrastat error message logic to be enhanced, as such that the system provides a complete list of all items missing unit conversions during report generation. This would allow users to identify and correct, all affected products in one pass, improving efficiency and reducing repetitive manual work, increasing user experience.
