On a recent update, the description field in the payment journal line (which is 100 chars) is apparently copied over when generating the EFT file to another description field which has been limited to 50 chars for performance reasons (according to Microsoft Support). The problem is that the description field in the payment journal line is automatically populated with the vendor name (which is longer than 50 chars) when payments are suggested or manually created; so, there is always the possibility that the description field will be automatically populated with text longer than 50 chars, which will eventually fail when generating the EFT file. This was reported as a bug through support but they asked to to report it as "an idea", so here we are.

The idea is then:
- When copying the vendor name to the description field in the payment journal lines, truncate the vendor name to the maximum of 50 characters.
- Consider changing the description field in the payment journal lines to 50 chars since it is going to fail when generating the EFT anyway.
