For a little company with relatively little booked database capacity it is not possible to use a develeper oder Testing environment because i must use a sandbox or a production environment which, however, comes at the expense of free database capacity.

When I try to use Test or developer environments it is not possible to install Dynamics365 Apps (checked that together with a Microsoft empployee)

The idea: Having the possiblity to install Dynamics 365 Apps in developer oder Test environments to also approve silly ideas.
