Creating Static Marketing List

1. Navigate to Service-> Marketing List


2. Click on New Marketing List


3. Enter Value for all Mandatory Fields


4. Name : TEST


5. List Type : Static


6. Targeted At : Contact – This is NOT Contact, but Lead…how do you expect to see the list targeted on Contacts in the Lead view? – updated in the HFI


7. Click on Save and Close 

Repro the Main Issue

1. Login to CRM online


2. Navigate to Lead Entity


3. Change view to All Leads


4. Go to Page 28 by clicking  pagination arrow from left bottom


5. Select All Records and then click on Ellipses for more options


6. Select Add Marketing List


7. Select any existing  Marketing List and Click on add


8. Add Leads Dialogue Box will open


9. Click on Add tab again

Progress Bar will start and  once its finish we getting an error "An error has occurred" – you can offer a bit more insight…the actual error message states “Paging cookie is required when trying to retrieve a set of records on any high pages

Workaround :

Did we ever approach the following:
1. Goto Marketing -> Marketing List
2. Open the Marketing list that was created for the lead entity
3. Click on Manage Members
4. Select Add using Advanced Find
5. The default Query is “Look for Lead”
6. Click on Find
7. Select “Add all the members returned by the search to the marketing list
8. Click on Add to Marketing List
