Please enable the Business Central Outlook add-in for Outlook on iOS (mobile).
Many BC users, especially sales reps, work primarily on mobile and currently have no visibility into customer account data when reading or replying to emails on iOS.
Surfacing key customer information (account status, balances, open documents) directly in Outlook mobile would reduce switching into the BC mobile app, improve response quality, and provide a consistent experience across Outlook platforms.
