The ability to use all fields individually from the customer profile in the D365 CRM form for contacts and/or accounts, enables for a more precise information placement for the business user.


Example1: I as the sales user, have been tasked with calling my customer "ACompany". Since my last meeting with them they have changed their address. This Information is already present in another system (SAP-ERP), i would like the address fields to be present in the first page of the account. But the service level details should be on a different tab.


Example2: I, as the service user, have been tasked with calling my customer "ACompany". Since my last call with the ACompany, they have created multiple service cases with my company so i want to if they require a new support contract.


Right now, it is possible to show all measures in one feature, but we cannot draw a specific measure to its own postion on the form. Also I don't need the measures related to sales/marketing
