Form Notification default color change and ability to customize it

The notification bar that appears on inactive records or cases that are closed in UCI/Unified Interface is grey only which is not very easy to spot by the eye and our users would like to have it appear as yellow as it used to be in the legacy web client.

There seems to be no supported way to change the color or font of that. So I would like to request the option to
1: Have it set to yellow as in web client by default,
2: Ability to customize the background color/font from client api.

Or even option 3: Have a setting for it in the Themeof your D365 app!
