Often many resources take part in the same activity on during a project e.g. in a meeting. Furthermore, often an activity occurs periodically (e.g. a meeting, consulting, monthly invoicing...) at regular intervals/days. To this end an action should be added to the Job Planning Lines which would enable a user to multiply one or more Job Planning lines.

In our case, the solution enables a user to add a Job Planning Line for 1 resource. Then you mark this line and start an action Recurrence in which the user can mark several resources from the list of resources and/or frequency period or number of occurrences or Until date (similar to what you can do in Outlook). When confirmed the original Job Planning Line is multiplied as required for additional resources (with the same Description, Quantity etc.) and correct dates. Thus, with 1 Job Planning Line and a single Recurrence action run you can for example schedule a weekly meeting of 5 resources for a number of months.
