Allow a user to choose to "close" an activity before finishing the form.
Our sales team logs a call in D365 right now by creating a call record, but there is no where to "Close" the record before saving and closing.
This creates an annoying event where the salesperson creates the record, saves it, then has to go back to the timeline (After waiting a period for it to load) then we have to click the checkmark to close the activity (which wouldn't be so bad, but another dialog has to open up) and then you have to click "Complete" and then the timeline has to reload...again...
This creates extra work for the salesperson, and they instead resort to using a post instead of a call record.
