This is a basic functionality Dynamics 365 should have. Publish an Announcement to specific Users or Team via Workflow. Please, at list could you show me an alternative. I want to inform a users of a Team when a Register has been Created or Updated. But, I want the message to be shown to those specific user of team INSIDE CRM, not by email, and without interupting the current work of User and without having to refresh the page, is this posible? I think this is a MUST in a tool called Dynamic, sould be dynmic, versatil, and easy to see and configurate.
