I have two suggestions relating to the Ratings and Reviews feature on Site Builder:

1. One of the big third-party review services (Power Reviews) has a feature where a customer is sent an email upon purchase to review the purchased product. I believe such a feature will boost customer engagement and increase the likelihood of capturing a product review from a customer.
2. Currently, ratings for products show up in product list pages, search results, category pages, and elsewhere. This is great. However, products that have not been rated do not show a rating stars bar. I would suggest, for page consistency, that products that have not been rated still show a stars bar that has the stars greyed out and shows a (0) next to the stars bar indicating there have not yet been any ratings. If there is a category page where none of the products have been rated, it can appear to a shopper as though no ratings module exists.
