Cannot add the columns on the System Quick View Form. For example: In Customer Service Hub, Under the Relate view (Article entity) which is coming from the System Quick View Form (Relate Article), if we have multiple articles in archive, draft, publish, etc. there is no way to identify which article is in which state making for a poor user experience. Even if we add the new column on the System Quick View Form and then save it as different name - then, we will loose the functionality to add new article in the view. Note: This is happening in Web client (Knowledge Article - which is deprecated) and in Article entity in Unified Interface. Please do the needful.
