The most common request we receive from our customers regarding statements is to only show open items. Currently, the only solution is to use the Paid Transaction Removal tool. If you are too aggressive with removing paid transactions, you create a whole new set of issues.

Suggestion: Add a check box to the statement menu "Limit statements to open items". The condition behind the check box would need to be Current Transaction Amount <> 0.00.
