The current import of exchange rate for OANDA has the option for today or a specific exchange rate.
However, OANDA does not support today's rates only yesterday - therefore if the batch process is run for todays date then warning messages are provided for every currency combination.

A new option of yesterday should be added to the import exchange rate form
