The client needs a view for shares records:

• that means there will be displays only records shared with the users
• in this time there is no column that holds the value for a shared record (in no table)
• I think this would be a valuable feature to have it in Dynamics for all tables (Account, Contact, Leads, Quotes, Cases, Orders and more)
