Currently, maximum number of records that can be exported out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to excel for any entity is 100000 in one go. There is a business need where we require more than 100000 records to be extracted out in one go. Maximum number of rows that excel file can have is 1000000, so Dynamics 365 should allow at least half the number of records in one go.
