On Editable grid applied view, it returns to the view top on the next page.
However, on Read-only grid applied view, the view does not return to the view top on the next page after scrolling to the bottom.
Read-only grid applied view should have the feature to return to the view top.

We appreciate your engagement and would like to inform you that, for the time being, we have closed the review process on paging-related matters. Our current focus is on transitioning users to embrace the infinite scroll feature within the Power Apps grid control.
However, we remain open to reconsidering paging-related issues in the future, particularly if there is a variant that aligns with our emphasis on infinite scroll.
