When we send email for example, Sales Invoice Word Template format as PDF or XPS, the recipient Inbox displays the full path of the Sender's Temp folder for example:
"C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Fabrikam, Inc. Invoice[-STDINV2260-] 2020.05.11_13:08;07 ~4-1.pdf".
This is happening in at least following GP and Outlook versions:
GP 2018 R2 version 18.00.0672 (R2).
GP 2016 version 16.00.0404.
Outlook for Office 365 16.0.11929.20732 - 32 bit.
GP 2015 version 14.00.0524.
Microsoft Outlook 2013 15.0.5233.1000 -32 bit.
This happens sending emails to recipients in same email domain and email domain of different company. Please resolve this issue.
