This also applies to Dynamics 365 for Sales (and possibly other apps).

Please revert to the pre-April '19 release setting of having the left-side navigation bar collapsed by default. Especially now, with the labels being shown when the cursor hovers over the icons, there's no reason to have the navigation bar expanded by default.
