We can see Show Chart Button as default button in all the system and custom entities Home page Ribbon. The "Show Chart" is a built-in button within a Model-Driven form or D365 CRM form, which could not be hidden or deleted.
Most of the applications this button is not required for the users but unfortunately there is no way to hide this buttons.
Can you please fix this issue asap.
