The "Duplicate Records Found" dialog allows users to create duplicates by clicking on the "Ignore and save" button. It should be possible to deactivate this option to prevent users from creating duplicates.

Details: The dialog displays the relevant fields of the identified records. In spite of that, users tend to simply click "Ignore and save" and thus create a duplicate record, rather than comparing the identified duplicate records and merging them. It should be possible to prevent this behavior, for example by customizing the "Duplicate Records Found" dialog or by a new security privilege for this.

Duplication rules in general are a total mess in Dynamics. It's incredible limited in options, there is no "fuzzy" match logic, it's not possible to exactly define who can merge which records, Users can simply ignore it, it's not possible to combine data, but only to replace and then they only execute on save and not on opening records. This needs to be addressed!
