We noticed that when we search for an account or a contact, if there is only one letter missing or too many, the research fails.
For instance, the CRM could propose a series of matching results close to the unfound record. We can find this in some search engines (Google, Bing etc.).

as well you'll neither find a "Peter Parker" nor a "Parker Peter", when is saved as "surname, given Name" -> "Parker, Peter".
And the seach of "Peter" or "Parker" will lead into a desaster with tons of hits.
