This could just be some clarity on the reporting pages but, I send an email, go into that email and look on the insights tab and get told I have a total of 4 email opens.

When I look interactions, Email - Opened area, it's showing 7 open transactions.

The 2 do not tie up and it's not clear how these are being aggregated if that's what's happening.
