It is possible to add activites on quotes to the sales accelerator, but once the quote is set to active the dataset turns to read-only and therefore the activity is not longer visible in the sales accelerator, altough you can see them on the quote.

It would though in my opinion be relevant to have activites on this dataset as the sales people should call after the quotes to the customers and even sequences like automated emails would make sence in this szenario!
