When managing Environments within the D365 Power Platform admin center, ribbon text indicates that the user can update Administration Mode for a non-production instance by clicking "Settings." However, when "settings" is selected, the option to toggle Admin mode (and/or Background Processes) on/off is not available for Support instances, only for Sandbox instances. Please make Admin mode controls consistently available within the new Power Platform admin center for all non-production instances.

Can you please clarify why this is needed for a support instance? Especially since this is primarily used for Microsoft Support to investigate an issue and is only available for 2 weeks.
Admin mode was recently also enabled for production instances as you can see here -
