Functionality to use the same shared mailbox for multiple instances of the same mailbox

Currently, as mentioned in the dialog, the design of mailboxes does not allow the same shared mailbox to be used in multiple instances. 

If the same shared mailbox could be used in multiple instances, the operation would be more flexible and more efficient.
