The hover text for field labels on desktop is a very useful feature. It allows for long description on complex fields.

Obviously there is no such thing on mobile/tablet.

As an idea could there be a help (question icon) after a label on mobile/tablet and when clicked it displays a popout with the hover text from desktop.
