Allow the ability to Check-out and lock items in the maker while the item is being configured

In the situation where multiple developers are working together in the same environment, it would be helpful to have the ability to check-out/lock things like forms and sitemap so that only one person is developing at a time. Also, it would be helpful to view the last modified date and person on the artifacts.

Visibility of the "last modified date and person on the artifacts" would also be very helpful
