There should be a toggle available in Projects Master where switching it ON allows Journals like Hours Journal or Fee Journal or Expenses Journal to be posted in that Project. This will give control to the Project Manager / Admin to manage whether entries are allowed through a particular type of Journal or not in that Project. Currently, there is no such control available and hence, it becomes difficult to stop the users posting transactions through journals. This gives easy access to users to avoid the regular process of entries through timesheets / Expenses reports etc.
