For Countries that observe Daylight Saving (DST) where the time changes forward at one point in the year and back at another...
It would be convenient to have a setting in 'Personalization Settings' to set a secondary time zone for each user.
Essentially there should also be a field to set the start date of each time Zone. That way a user would be able to set that from date A they should be on one time zone and from date B they should be on the second time zone.
Obviously this should take into consideration where a timezone changes not on a specific date, but for example on the "last Sunday" in "March".
To most general users it seems amazing that this isn't automatically handled and would solve a lot of confusion and missed appointments, which are caused when users forget to manually change their time zone every 6 months.
